How we address the issue
3FL will create a curriculum that engages teens with ideas such as behavioral biases, along with the importance of long-term financial planning. Unlike traditional financial literacy curricula, 3FL’s approach is designed to inspire, engage, educate, and interest teens using culturally relevant examples, simple metaphors, engaging ideas, and a fun and open-minded learning environment. 3FL will house the curriculum on a website, allowing anyone the opportunity to achieve financial independence. 3FL’s goal is to provide underserved teens the ability to achieve financial independence through a useful and engaging curriculum.
